ETM4S4 is intended to become useful working material, not only a point of view.

This section starts with lightweight frameworks that can structure a leadership discussion, use-case design or governance review. They are deliberately technology-neutral and can be adapted to a client’s delivery method, risk model and platform.

Available resources

• Mesh readiness assessment: identify strengths and constraints across value, knowledge, process, governance, technology and adoption.
• Agent definition canvas: describe an agent as an operating capability rather than a prompt.
• Human–agent responsibility matrix: make work, decisions and accountability explicit.
• Governance checklist: test whether a use case is ready to move from experiment to governed operation.
• Glossary: establish a shared language for agents, skills, tools, evidence and autonomy.

These are initial versions. I expect them to become more specific as the concept is applied to real transformation scenarios.

The resources provide a structure for professional judgment; they do not replace it. Regulatory, contractual, security and SAP-specific requirements must be assessed in the context of each organization and solution.
