Typical interaction

1. A workshop produces observations, requirements, assumptions and open questions.
2. The Process / Fit-to-Standard Agent maps them to process steps and SAP standard capabilities.
3. The Solution Design Agent evaluates cross-functional implications.
4. The Integration Agent and Extensibility Agent assess technical options.
5. The Clean Core Guardian challenges deviations.
6. The Security & Controls Agent, Data Migration & Quality Agent, Testing & Quality Agent and Change, Training & Adoption Agent derive their impacts.
7. The Evidence Validator and Cross-Artifact Consistency Checker assess traceability and contradictions.
8. A human owner reviews the recommendation and decides.

Collaboration mechanisms

• Events: a decision, defect, release or changed process triggers downstream work.
• Requests: one agent asks another for a bounded specialist assessment.
• Subscriptions: an agent monitors project objects relevant to its mission.
• Challenges: an assurance agent raises an exception or blocks progression pending review.
• Handoffs: an approved object becomes an input to another agent.
• Escalations: ambiguity, conflict or risk is routed to an accountable person.

Each interaction should identify the initiating agent, relevant evidence, expected response, decision owner and resulting audit record.
