Challenge and contribute

ETM4S4 is intended as a serious working model, not a closed manifesto.

I am particularly interested in dialogue with:

• SAP customer executives and program leaders;
• functional and technical consultants;
• enterprise and solution architects;
• transformation, change and adoption leaders;
• security, controls and assurance specialists;
• researchers and agent-platform teams; and
• people operating large SAP estates after go-live.

Useful contributions include:

• challenging an agent’s mission or boundary;
• identifying missing business-process or industry skills;
• proposing failure scenarios and governance controls;
• sharing patterns from current S/4HANA programs;
• testing a bounded use case;
• contributing evaluation criteria; or
• examining how consulting roles and commercial models may change.
